"At a cost I was happy to pay."
Ours was a small job, but structurally complex – a wrong move could have had major consequences. Blair and his helper, in discussions with me, made a plan of work and modified it as the structure was opened and the job progressed. They worked efficiently, dealt with challenges as they were encountered and provided near perfect result at a cost I was happy to pay. There will likely be a second phase of this job and I hope Blair will be available for that work as well.
